StreetEasy Agent Photography Campaign
Background & Problem: While photography has been a cornerstone of the StreetEasy brand identity across all channels, the current reliance on stock imagery has diluted its market presence. The existing photo library — defined by generic skylines, non-diverse agents, and overtly staged lifestyle shots — failed to differentiate the brand in a competitive landscape.
Solution: To resonate as the definitive brand for New Yorkers, we pivoted to an editorial aesthetic that reflected the city's authentic pulse. By partnering with actual real estate agents, we captured candid, diverse, and hyper-local moments that echoed the true experience of navigating the NYC market.
As Lead Designer, I established the art direction, translating high-level strategic goals into a cohesive visual identity that moved away from generic stock imagery. I curated a comprehensive shot list and provided hands-on, on-set art direction, managing talent and the retouching process to deliver a versatile final photo package.
